MegaLab combines biological capabilities with automation and artificial intelligence, and is committed to improving R&D capabilities in the frontier fields of life sciences. MegaLab has independently developed a variety of high-throughput and high-efficiency automation platforms for biological experiments. At present, MegaLab has built a number of automation platforms for different biological scenarios, including MegaCell automatic cell experiment platform, MegaMolecule automatic molecular experiment platform, MegaMicro ultra-high throughput automatic virus nucleic acid detection system, and MegaOmics omics sample pretreatment intelligent automation platform.
The intelligent automated biological platform applied by MegaLab uses robots as the medium, relies on highly intelligent scheduling engines, and shields the differences between various devices through a set of concise and clear graphical interface software, thereby integrating various automation equipment required for the experimental process. At the same time, MegaLab is equipped with IntellVega, an AI vision platform which integrates robotics, 2D and 3D machine vision, and deep learning, and was developed MegaRobo.
Currently, MegaLab has brought together a high-caliber interdisciplinary team of biologists, pharmacists, bioinformaticians, data scientists and engineers. Through the deep integration of robotics, automation, artificial intelligence and biological capabilities, they continuously explore the application of intelligent automation in multiple biological vertical fields such as drug research and development, genetic engineering, clinical diagnosis, synthetic biology, regenerative medicine, and immunology.
